General Job Description:
 The Systems Engineer is a strong technical position that will be responsible for 1) designing, supporting and maintaining corporate infrastructure systems including Windows Server technologies, VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, Blackberry, DNS and 2) supporting other departments with solution design and architecture, 3) supporting remote infrastructure 4) maintaining service levels with customers through servicing of trouble tickets 5) writing and maintaining documentation 6) providing after hours on-call and shift work support. Senior level server engineering experience including the specification and design of highly resilient infrastructure to support enterprise services. Experience creating and setting processes in place for corporate infrastructure. Experience providing on-call technical support and performing troubleshooting activities in an enterprise environment. Certifications preferred. Proven ability to develop clear and precise documentation. Experience with ITIL best practices. Team oriented and service minded work habits.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Technical certifications preferred. Seven plus years IT experience with five plus years in a systems administration role. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong judgment and problem analysis techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Strong organizational skills and proficient in establishing priorities. Knowledge of movie, television, or cable industry, a plus.
