How do I check to see if a movie or program is scheduled?

To check for a specific title, actor, or director, use the "Search" feature in the upper left-hand corner of the site. Or, to browse by a specific genre, select "Browse" from the main navigation.

How do I receive a printed monthly guide?

To print the full STARZ, ENCORE or MOVIEPLEX channel schedules, select "Download Schedules" from the main "Schedule" page. To receive printed guides of all of your programming, please check with your video service provider for the best available option.

How do I configure parental controls for my TV and cable or satellite equipment?

Parental controls allow you to block certain types of programming from young or sensitive viewers based upon the TV ratings system. If you are a cable customer, please go to www.controlyourtv.com for instructions on configuring parental controls.Non-cable customers, please check your provider's website for specific instructions.

What is STARZ On Demand?

STARZ On Demand provides a continuously updated library of 75 movies a month, with new titles added every week. Enjoy early premieres before they air on STARZ. STARZ On Demand gives you full control at your fingertips -- start, stop, pause, fast-forward and rewind whenever you want.

What other services are available On Demand?

STARZ HD On Demand is also available in some markets, as are ENCORE On Demand and ENCORE HD On Demand. To view a full listing of all titles available On Demand, go to the On Demand schedule page.

How do I know which On Demand services are availble to me, and how do I access them?

Check with your video service provider to see which services are available to you. Many providers offer online demos or tips for accessing their particular On Demand service. If you have a remote control from your provider that has an "On Demand" button, that is often a good starting point for accessing the On Demand menu. STARZ On Demand may be listed as its own channel or category, or you may find it under the premium service category. STARZ HD On Demand can often be located in the HD category.

Will I get a separate bill for STARZ On Demand?

STARZ On Demand is included with your STARZ subscription.* There are no fees per view and no hidden charges. Availability varies by provider, and some cable systems may charge a subscription fee for STARZ On Demand.)

What is STARZ HD?

High Definition Television (HD) is a digital signal that provides a high-resolution, wide-screen viewing experience unlike anything you can get with regular TV. STARZ HD offers the ulitmate way to experience Starz movies and content.

What Channels are available in HD?

STARZ, STARZ Edge, STARZ Comedy, STARZ In Black, STARZ Cinema, STARZ Kids & Family and ENCORE are all available in HD. In addition, we offer both STARZ HD On Demand and Encore HD On Demand. Availability of these services varies, please check with your provider.

What equipment do I need to receive STARZ HD?

To receive STARZ HD content, you need an HD television set and a cable or satellite box that can receive the HD signal. Many newer cable and satellite boxes are already HD compatible. Check with your provider to see if you need additional equipment.

Can I watch STARZ on the Internet?

Great original series and hundreds of movies are available whenever and wherever through STARZ Play, ENCORE Play and MOVIEPLEX Play or online with select affiliate providers. Check with your provider for availability.

What are the minimum system requirements for viewing content on starz.com?

The content on starz.com is best viewed with the following system requirements. Supported Browsers:

How do I log-in to my STARZ account using my social provider account (Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Windows Live, and Google)?

To log-in to your STARZ account using your social provider account, you'll need to link your STARZ account with your social provider account. To link your accounts, first, log-in to your social provider account using the icons at the top (Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Windows Live, or Google) and then log-in to your STARZ account. You can link one, two or all five of your social provider accounts to your STARZ account by adding connections via the icons at the top of starz.com. If you do not have a STARZ account, you will need to register in order to customize your schedule, rate titles, set reminders & favorites, and access community features & content. You can still share video and pages with your friends using your social provider log-in, however, if you do not have a STARZ account or it is not linked, you will not be able to customize your schedule, rate titles, set reminders & favorites, and access community features & content using your social provider login.

I was registered on the old site. How do I log-in to the new site?

To log-in to the new starz.com, you will first need to reset your password. This is a one-time step required to get you up-and-running on the new site, while protecting your personal information. From the starz.com homepage, select "Log In" in the upper righthand corner of the page. Click on the blue text that reads "Click here for password." On the recover password page, enter the email address you used to register on starz.com and click "Recover Password." A temporary password will be sent to your email address. Note: the temporary password will NOT be the same as your old starz.com password, but will be a short string of numbers and letters. You may copy and paste the temporary password into the log-in box or re-type it. Remember, passwords are case sensitive, so be sure your "Caps Lock" is not on. Once logged in to the new site, you may reset your password by going to the Account Info area of My STARZ.

How do I view the daily, weekly or monthly schedule?

To view the full schedule for a day, week or month, simply click on the download schedule button at the top of the schedule on the righthand side. These are downloadable .pdf files that you may either save to your computer or print for your reference.

How do I customize my schedule and set my My STARZ preferences?

To set your My STARZ preferences, first log-in to My STARZ in the upper right-hand corner of the site. From the My STARZ preference center, you can view your schedule preferences, including channels, feeds and time zone. You can also set your reminder preferences, manage your favorites and select your newsletter preferences from My STARZ.

What are channel feeds, and how do I know which ones I have?

There are two different channel feeds available for each of our STARZ and ENCORE channels. Some video providers carry both feeds, but most carry a single feed of each channel available in their particular line-up. The programming on the East and West feeds of a channel is identical, but the West feed is scheduled three hours later. The West feed is often identified with a "w" on your provider's onscreen programming guide, for example, STZw or ENCw for the West feeds of STARZ and ENCORE. The same identifier may be used in printed guides. You may also verify which feed you have by comparing the current program for a particular STARZ or ENCORE channel to the East and West coast feed schedules on the website or by checking directly with your provider.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

Click on Log-in in the upper right-hand corner of the site and select "forgot password" to have your password sent to the email you used to register for your My STARZ account.
